Should you feel that an item in your Food Basket is of poor quality, please inform us within 24 hours after receipt and a credit will be applied to your account on the delivery of your next order. We may request pictures of the compromised items to help us with our assessment.
Slightly less than perfect produce may be included - out of consideration for our growers' food producing efforts and for reasons of sustainability - and will be compensated for by pricing or by adding another or more of another item. As needed, we will try to indicate this in our Newsletter or online Blog.
