Our cacao is hand-selected, fermented and dried to perfection, crushed into nibs, the skins removed ('winnowed') and ground into a liquid. The liquefied cacao is pressed to remove most of the cacao butter, and the remaining dry puck is finely ground into a powder and packaged for your enjoyment. Our cacao powder is clean and pure, never treated with toxic chemicals, and is low temperature processed from start to finish to maximize quality and taste while maintaining nutritional integrity. |
