Grapeseed oil is ideal for marinating and dressings. We use it to make my own Mayo. It is very mild and has no strong flavor. Grape Seed Oil 71% POLYunsaturated 17% monounsaturated 12% saturated 17% saturated (485º smoke point) (490º smoke point) As you can see, grape seed oil is mostly a polyunsaturated fat and is best never to be exposed to any degree of heat. |
