Made of local organic products, this raising sun bread from Little Stream Bakery is gluten -free. Prepared with a mixture of yellow peas, millet and sorghum flour, it is an excellent source of fibers. Sugar free Gluten free Biological certified Ontario Little Stream Bakery exclusively uses organic ingredients.
These breads are leavened with a traditional sourdough culture, that has been allowed to ferment for 18 to 20 hours. This makes the bread easier to digest, the nutrients more bio-available and lowers the glycemic index.
