Awakening to balanced energy
This abundance of nutritious and energizing herbs are the perfect way to start your day or come alive in the sleepy afternoon with a delicious minty cup.
Several of the herbs used in Awakening Tea have been traditionally used in herbal medicine to aid digestion.
Ingredients: Labrador tea**, nettle*, peppermint*, alfalfa*, astragalus*, meadowsweet*, angelica*, spearmint*, ginseng*. *Organic, **Ethically Crafted
General brewing instructions Heat water to 180-185F/82-85C. Steep for at least 3 minutes. May be rebrewed for 2 to 3 infusions. Do not exceed three teabags per day. Sweeten if desired. Wait 30 minutes between cups.
Gourmet Hints Delicious iced, with lemon and honey.
Taste Medium-full body, sweet minty with plenty of soft herbaceous notes. Complex and fresh.
