This Honey has a darker colour then our regular Honey.
To make you 1 pound of local honey, on hive of 80,000 bees flies a distance equal to twice around the world, visiting xoe 2 million flowers around Perth and Waterloo counties. A single bee will contribute about 1/10th of a teaspoon over its lifespan of about 45 days.
Given all of the hard work put into it, we hope you thouroughly enjoy the unique flavours of this honey. Over time, your honey will naturally crystalize. To return it to liquid state, gently warm it by immersing you jar in water about as hot as your hand can stand.
