Description:	M-C Dairy's Crème Fraîche is made by separating beta carotene rich Jersey cow milk and then gently fermenting the resultant 40% cream liquid gold with a traditional French bacterial culture. This very rich and creamy. Creme Fraiche is a treat for all cream lovers! Jersey cows produce A2 protein milk which some find easier to digest. Jersey milk is also 20% higher in calcium and richer in micronutrients, minerals and vitamins.
