Our grass-fed water-buffalo receives no grain. In summer they enjoy grass, herbs and legumes on pasture. In the winter an assortment of herbal hay.

Milk orders, especially for greater quantities, need to be in by Tuesday (6 pm at the latest) to be sure we have your Milk available for you! You can also call us on Wednesday morning before noon at 519-725-4282 to pre-order!
