Our New organic Raclette is a semi-firm cheese with washed rind and aged meticulously for 45 days. Under its Brownish-orange rind we find a soft, creamy and tender texture. We pride ourselves that it is lactose free. Once grilled or melted, the aromas and flavour are succulent and aromatic. These flavours will delight and excite your taste buds.
