This organic sorghum flour is finely milled sorghum grains. Mildly sweet and nutty in flavor, sorghum flour is smooth in texture when added to foods. Sorgho flour can replace up to 20% of flour in a recipe. Because of its sweet flavor notes, sorghum flour is ideal for baking applications.
