Yogi Restful Sleep is a caffeine free herbal tea to promote a healthy sleep. Valerian, Chamomile, Passion flower and skullcap are traditionally used in herbal medicine as a sleep aid.

Medicinal ingredients

Each tea bag (2g) contains: Organic Chamomile Flower (Matricaria chamomilla) 590mg, Organic Spearmint Leaf (Mentha spicata) 448mg, Organic Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) 440mg, Organic Lemongrass Whole Plant (Cymbopogon citratus) 200mg, Organic Skullcap Herb Top (Skutellaria lateriflora) 104mg, Organic Lavender Flower (Lavandula angustifolia) 100mg, Organic Peppermint Leaf (Mentha x piperita) 80mg, Valerian Root 4:1 Extract Valeriana officinalis 26mg, Passion Flower Herb Top 4:1 Extract (Passiflora incarnata) 12mg.

Cautions

Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.  Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, has been known to occur in which case, discontinue use.  Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.  Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.  Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery or driving a motor vehicle within 2 hours of consumption.
