Bright golden yellow, this organic, Sicilian Grillo is youthful with aromatic scents of citrus fruit, pineapple, peach and lychee notes. Citrus and tropical fruit flavours are touched with light floral notes on the palate, medium-bodied with a crisp and refreshing finish. Enjoy paired with fish dishes, white meat and goat cheese or pasta and risotto dishes.
Best enjoyed at a room temperature of 8-10 degrees C.
