Eden Dark Red Kidney Beans are soaked overnight, and pressure cooked with zero chemical additives at Eden Foods’ organic, kosher cannery. An American native, antioxidant carotenoids, the same as in berries, give kidney beans their deep red color. Cooks like kidney beans for their more durable skin, which allows them to remain whole during longer cooking times. Because of this, they are favored in chili, soup, stew, and baked bean recipes.
