What is Bulgur?
Fine bulgur, produced using an artisan tradition, is a pre-cooked, cracked wheat product that is both nutritious and versatile. It's known for its fine texture, quick cooking time, and nutty flavor, making it a popular ingredient in various dishes.
Preparation: Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Remove from the heat, add 1 cup of bulgur, then mix. Cover and let sit for 10 minutes. Makes about 2.5 cups.
