Organic whole einkorn, also called “littlespelt,” is the hulled berries of an ancestral wheat species that originated in the Fertile Crescent. Once cooked, this entirely natural grain is slightly sweet and nutty in taste. It is an excellent ingredient for any grain dish, such as salads, porridge, and stuffed vegetables.
