Our cacao is hand-selected, fermented and dried to perfection, crushed into nibs, the skins removed or 'winnowed' and packaged for your enjoyment. Our cacao nibs are clean and pure, never treated with toxic chemicals, and is low temperature processed from start to finish to maximize quality and taste while maintaining nutritional integrity.
