The animals used in the Alderwood Farms hotdogs are raised without the use of antibiotics and with the animals’ comfort and care in mind by farmers who take great pride in animal husbandry standards.
The animals are grass-fed, which means that when seasonally possible, they are on pasture. When the weather doesn’t allow for regular pasture and grazing, they are fed diets rich in hay and alfalfa.
