Romaine Lettuce for a salad guaranteed to be packed with nutrients. The vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients and fiber found in romaine lettuce are especially good for the prevention or alleviation of many common health complaints.

It is an excellent source of vitamin A (notably through its concentration of the pro-vitamin A carotenoid, beta-carotene), vitamin K, folate, and vitamin C. Romaine lettuce is also a very good source of dietary fibre and 4 minerals.

It has a mild flavour that is easily masked by fruit, so it’s perfect if you’re new to green smoothies or making it for picky eaters.
