  • Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol) - 10 mcg (400IU)

 

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Gelatin, glycerin, water, d-alpha tocopherol (from soybean oil).

Directions:  Adults: Take 4 soft gels once per day at mealtimes.
