- We have 'Sunshine Farms' pickled product on SALE for 50% off. They are certified organic, grown and produced in Ontario (Thamesville). Check the Bargain Corner for pricing.

- Organic Bread & Butter Pickles
- Organic Pickled Asparagus
- Organic Pickled Garlic

Produce NEWS:

- Now available: loose Pink Ladies from B.C. - $1.25 each or 3lb $5.95/bag

- Beautiful Blueberries arrived today - $5.75/clam

- The same beauty and freshness is seen in the Blackberries for $3.95/clam.

- Grapefruits - a rare, beautiful site coming into the store today - $1.95 each for ruby red fruit.

- Belgium Endives from Quebec in 300g bags. Belgian Endives can be eaten raw or cooked. The leaves are crunchy and slightly bitter, though the flavour mellows out a bit when it is cooked and even gets a bit sweet.

- Local Golden Beets are a new 'root' addition. Whether they're grated or thinly shaved, Golden and Red Beets are wonderful to eat raw -- you get much more of that sweet flavour than when it's cooked.

- Cauliflower is well-priced and looking good - $3.75 for big heads.

- We have 2 different Rutabagas available: from Quebec they come in 2lb bags with 2 Rutabagas per bag. The LOCAL Pfenning's 2lb Rutabaga bags are $3.50 each and much smaller in size.
