Produce 'Picks' of the week:

• Organic Navel Oranges from Spain are back. As big as a Grapefruit and a real treat. Juicy and sweet. $2.50 each.

• Very nice looking big Cantaloupes arrived today for $5.95 each. 

• Our Locally-grown Carrots are still available for a little while. 
   

• We still have Local 5lb and 3lb Russet, Red and Yellow Potatoes on an UNBELIEVABLE SALE. The Pfenning's Farm is still working on clearing out their potato storage. Take advantage of this great sale!

• Seed Potatoes are available in 3 colours mixed - Red, Russet and Yellow for $1.36/lb.  

Never grown a potato in your life? Use this Sale for your seed potatoes. For better yield, cut the potato in half and let the fresh cut dry up a little. Make a row in your garden. Dig holes about 5 inches deep and 15 inches apart. Drop the potato in and cover with soil. - done! IT IS really that simple.

• For LOCAL green house produce we have available this week: Arugula, Beet Greens, Red Dandelion, Mustard Greens, loose Spinach and Red Radish Bunches.

• Broccoli is at $2.95/bunch - that is a very respectable price. 

Enjoy this great spring (and planting) weather, and don't forget: we do sell Garden Seeds. Now is the time for Herbs and Vegetables to be seeded into the ground.
