Bulk Sale of the week

All Granolas in the bulk bins are on sale for 33% off - reg. 5.84/lb, now $ 3.86/lb

We have Totally Organic, Very Berry and Coco Mango Granola. 
 

NO Meat Sale this week!

Produce 'Picks' of the week:

• We have two types of gorgeous Mangoes available: Atulfo Mango and Kent Mango. Both are $2.25 each and look very good.

• 3lb Ambrosia Apples from B.C. are now 5.95/bag. Ambrosia Apples are wonderful eating Apples. The name says it all.

• Loose Organic Bartlett Pears from Argentina are still available at a great price of $1.00 each.

• ​Organic Mini Mix Peppers in 1lb bags. Red-Yellow-Orange all in one bag. Beautiful quality for $3.75/bag

​

• The loose Orange Peppers are still looking beautiful this week, sold by weight but average $2.75 each.

• ​Our local Squash season also came to an undeniable end. Imported Butternut and Kabocha Squash now available. There still is some beautiful local Butternut in stock, but not for long.

• Delicious organic Brussel Sprouts are still available - and are still a power house of the vegetable kingdom.

• Rainbow Swiss Chard brings an array of colour into the store. Big bunches for $2.65 each.

With regard to the recent tragedy that our family has been dealing with, these words, inspired by Wolfgang P., may offer some solace: "We can't see where we have come from, and we can't see where we are going. All we have is now, and it's hard to see meaning when tragedy strikes and the heart is hurting. But I believe there is more to life than what we are able to perceive and comprehend right now. Someday it will be clear for us all. Until then, we rely on each other for support and love during times of grief. Thank you everyone who has been there for us."
