Bulk Sale this week - same as last week:

Meat Sale of the week - same as last week:

- Certified Organic Locally raised Fenwood Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast is $2.00 off/lb.

- Regular $15.95/lb  -  NOW $13.95/lb

FYI: The Chicken List is out! Fresh Chickens are arriving on Friday, June 29th. Get your name on the list if you are interested.

Produce 'Picks' of the week:

• Organic Navel Oranges from Spain are still beautiful. As big as a Grapefruit and a real treat. Juicy and sweet. $2.50 each.

• We are still featuring big Cantaloupe Melons. They are now $4.25 each and very beautiful. Mix them together with Strawberries and Red Grapes for a very tasty fruit salad.

• Did someone say Grapes? YES, we have received Red Grapes after a long waiting period. They are very sweet and taste delicious. It sure was worth the wait - $ 5.34/lb.

• Strawberries from USA have arrived with a very favourable price in the 1lb clams size. $4.25 each for a delight of colour and berry scent.

• If you need any LOCAL Rhubarb with the Strawberries, we have that available as well - right from Almut's garden.

• We still have Locally-grown Carrots from the Pfenning's Farm. 
   
• Seed Potatoes are available in 3 colours mixed - Red, Russet and Yellow for $1.36/lb.  

• For LOCAL green house produce we have available: Arugula, Beet Greens, Red Dandelion, Mustard Greens, loose Spinach and Red Radish Bunches.

• Now available from the Pfenning Farm: field-grown Spinach bunches for $2.95. This overwintered SPINACH is a little sweeter in taste due to the frost it experienced over the winter. The sometimes twisted leaves are normal for the overwintered Spinach.

Highlights from our OUTLET:

• Cheese News from the OUTLET:  L'Ancetre Marble Cheese 325g for $5.50 each dated June 7th. 

Looks like someone threw the switch and we are right into summer! There is still time to get your Garden Seeds and get planting. Things are moving fast now and even on the Farm the hoeing season has begun.
