• Local Sweet Cherries from Palatine Fruit in Niagara... We do have some left.  First come first serve.

• LOCAL Mini Red Watermelon are also here. Just in time for the "muggy season." They are average 5lb each for $7.95

• LOCAL new Garlic is here. The best perfume in the world!, and it makes our cooler smell like heaven. Average $2.00/bulb.

• LOCAL Sweet Corn, can you believe it? $1.25/cob. Nice and big and beautiful.

All our other LOCAL leafy green vegetables look fantastic and show superior quality due to the rain and sunshine we are experiencing lately. Kale, Spinach, Lettuce (Leaf & Romaine), Parsley, Cilantro and Swiss Chard. Give them a try. Remember, vegetables keep you healthy. Eat a diet of only organic vegetables and you will, after a while, have no ills and pains. It is the processing of the food, like added sugars, preservatives, artificial colours and flavour enhancers, salt and tortured oils that cause dis-ease in our body. Plain vegetables heal and nourish your body and soul. Very simple indeed.

Thank you all of you who showed an interest in visiting the Pfenning's Farm last Saturday. There was quite a good turnout with two wagon loads full of visitors being pulled through the fields by brother/brother-in-law Ekk. And everything was growing so nicely...
