After a turbulent month of February, we are happy to enter March with its promise of renewal and the coming of spring. Read more about why we made the news earlier last month. We urge you to not judge harshly, but remember the values of freedom and tolerance that we as Candians cherish so much.

Another Canadian value that we are known for is Maple Syrup. We just got the word from the trenches that Maple Syrup is ready to be harvested. If you would like to avail yourself of fresh Maple Syrup coming right from our long-standing supplier farm north of Elmira, please, get in touch with us. Or, you just leave out your containers for Wolfgang, when he picks up your empty Bins or boxes - jars, jugs, bottles or pails of at least 2 L volume with a WIDE mouth for easy volume-filling, with your name and phone number legibly on it - and he will take them along to be filled with that precious amber liquiid, and return them back to you a few weeks later.

Keep that Canadian spirit alive!
