Bulk Sale of the week:

- All Efruti GUMMIES (non organic) are on Sale: reg. 6.80/lb  -  now $5.75/lb.
 

We have Gummy BEARS, Gummy BERRIES, Gummy SOURS, WINEGUMMIES.
 

They are fruit juice-coloured. No artificial colourings!! Sweetened with sugar. Product of Germany.

- Almonds with Sea Salt - 35% off SALE: reg. 15.11/lb  -  now $9.80/lb until the bin is empty! 
 

The ingredients are: Dry-roasted Almonds, Sea Salt, Canola Oil.

Meat Sale of the week:

LOCAL Trail Salami from Noah. reg. 14.00/lb  -  now $12.75/lb.

We cut the Salami into small portions for you to try. Once you try it you will be hooked.

Noah from Goderich grows the fresh chickens we received 2 weeks ago and will be receiving on Nov 24th (if you are on the Chicken List). He is not certified organic, but farms in a sustainable manner without any herbicides, pesticides or fungicides. He uses non-GMO feed. 
Ingredients for the Trail Salami: Beef, Pork, Sea Salt & Spices, Ascorbic Acid. No nitrates in this product. 
 

Our TURKEY List for Christmas is still open. If you are thinking of a Turkey for the holidays I suggest you put your name on the list ASAP. We have only limited birds available. $6.00/lb. The birds are certified organic from Yorkshire Valley and are grown in Woodstock, ON.

Produce 'Picks' of the week:

• Red Bartlett Pears from B.C. are available in 3lb bags. $5.95 - average 10 pears.

• Bosc Pears from B.C. in 3lb Bags for $4.95/bag. They are smaller in size, 10 to 12 pears per bag. 

• Organic Blueberries from Argentina: 125g size clam. Very nice quality!

• Cauliflower steals the show this week. Nice big heads for $4.25 each.

• Beautiful Red Chard from Quebec. The next batch will be from USA.

• Baby Spinach is also available now. We buy in bulk and package at the Store. Great addition in salads and smoothies.

• Our LOCAL Spinach bunches are still stunning. They survived the frost for now. Deep dark green and big bunches for $2.95 each.

• Now that local lettuce is done, we are offering the Baby Spring Mix Lettuce in bulk again for the winter months. We buy it in bulk and package it in bags at the Store.

Outlet News:

No outlet cheese or anything this week. Please be patient, it will be back again someday soon.

We are right in the middle of the "local to import" transition period. We still have local items, but import is slowly creeping up on us more and more. Anything local will soon be mostly roots, tubers, squashes and cabbages. Great for soups - and all in line with the supposedly "classic Canadian winter" which we are supposed to be getting. We'll talk again in April!
