Summer is here, and we are all welcoming the warm, sunny days, although a bit more rain would be much appreciated.

One definite highlight, as you will be reading, is the begiining of the local fruit season, starting with Cherries from Palatine and their Niagara fruit orchards.

A quick word on the recent countrywide internet calamity: We ended up calling some of our more regular customers who generally place weekly orders. If you had trouble placing your order, please, be advised that the outage was not as severely felt, if at all, with non-Rogers customers. However, if you definitely would like us to contact you in case of a future problem such as this, please, let us know and we will put you on our "emergency contact list."
