The Hack Farm is a thousand-acre Eco Cert farm close to Lake Huron. A wide variety of grain crops are grown as well as hay and pasture for beef cattle, and an on-farm bakery and dairy.
Ingredients: Whole spelt flour, Whole rye four, spring water, Flax seed, caraway seed, sea salt, yeast, sour dough (rye flour, bacterial culture).
Contains: Spelt/Gluten and Yeast.
