Grapeseed oil is ideal for marinating and dressings.
We use it to make my own Mayo. It is very mild and has no strong flavor.

- 17% monounsaturated
- 12% saturated 17% saturated
- (485º smoke point) (490º smoke point)
As you can see, grape seed oil is mostly a polyunsaturated fat and is best never to be exposed to any degree of heat.
