Creamed honey is pure honey that has had a small amount of seed (creamed honey or crystallized honey) added and then it is pumped through a 100w machine which churns the honey, for a minimum of 48 hours or until the perfect consistency is reached. It is possible to cream honey by hand using a drill or electric mixer. After the honey is bottled it is left to sit and harden for 2 weeks at <10°C.
